Route Templates

Route plan is one of the tools available for Super User, Area Manager and Driver to plan, edit and optimize routes

• Super User (Manager) can create, clone and use Route Templates
• Area Manager can see all Route Templates. He can clone, edit and create new Templates
• Driver can see all Templates for his area. He can click Clone and a copy of route is sent to the drivers Next Routes list. Here the driver can click edit and still revise the route, add and remote to check that its optimized, then save it.

Be aware that for the driver to be able to plan and edit the route, the Super User has to give the drivers this permission under Settings - Driver Options and set Able to create Routeplans:YES
