Onsite, Dropdown note Action: Check drivers dropdown note. If note is only informative and no Onsite Maintenance needed, delete the record. The note will still be recorded under Manage Container -->Container Name but will be removed from Manage Maintenance. If Dropdown note indicates that maintenance needed, edit the maintenance, add free-text note to indicate what maintenance and save. now yellow triangle will show as well The idea is that no container should stay in this state. It should be deleted, or Note should be added to explain what needs doing.
Onsite, Free text Note Action: Driver has marked basic maintenance and added a note. Manager should check text and most likely leave it in this state for onsite repair for driver to fix during collection (new sticker, cleaning up etc). If you organize you maintenance differently and have dedicated person to do onsite maintenance, it’s also added to Maintenance Route plan to give you this option as well.
Onsite, Dropdown note, Freetext Note, Picture Action: Driver has selected a Dropdown note and indicated what maintenance needed to also add a note. Picture has been added to demonstrate state of container. Manager should check note and if he agrees its for Onsite Maintenance it should be left in this state
Emergency, Note Action: Driver has indicated that container need to be brought in and have added note to explain the problem. Manager will read to confirm and if agree, container should be left in this state and added to Maintenance Route plan to be collected ASAP.
Emergency, In Maintenance or added to Maintenance Route, Note Action: The Gear is added as soon as this container is added to a Maintenance Route plan or already collected and is Under Maintenance. As soon as container is in this state, the address is greyed out. This indicates that Container is not planned for new site yet. Container is still active under "Manage Container" but if Manager makes a standard collection route, it cannot be added to collection. When container has been fixed and will be moved onsite, the manager should change the container name, address and other parameters based on new location and add it to the Maintenance Route plan to be put back onsite.
Emergency, In Maintenance, Ready To go out Action: Container has been fixed, and ready to go out. Manager should already have changed the address BEFORE he marks container as Ready to go out to avoid confusion when making Maintenance Route plan. If Manager Mark it Ready to go out before changing the address, you risk that its added to Maintenance Route plan with the previous address.
Bring out New Container or Recycled Container Action: Manager has in Manage Container added a new container (and added to a site) or re-activated and changed address for an exisiting contianer and marked Ready to go out. Manager just have to add it to the Maintenance Route plan to put onsite
