Its good to get the driver to every day login on their mobile device or PC to update the days other activities if there are any. Maybe they have been on a 7 hours route to collect (this is registered under the routeplan start and stop) they also had to offload and back. If that took 1.5 hours, they should add it as other activity

When the driver click on Save, its added to the list on the left over all other work activities. If erros are done they can be deleted. The driver can always add records for previous days as well if not done.
