How Collection Driver report Maintenance and Fix Onsite Issues
Collection Driver and Maintenance in Keywords
- Collection driver will see all onsite maintenance needed in his route plan and if Route planner has planned the route taking into account that he should fix it, the driver can see the note from Manager and fix it while onsite and mark it as fixed. If time runs out, he can empty as normal and not mark it as Fixed. Then the maintenance note will still show on future collection routes until the driver fixes it or the Manager delete it from the maintenance panel.
- Collection driver can add dropdown note to Manager to check and take action if needed or delete from maintenance view
- Collection driver can mark Basic Maintenance and add free text. This will be indicated with the Orange Triangle and this means onsite maintenance is needed
- Collection driver can mark container as Emergency Repair and he has to write a note what the problem is. This will be indicated by the red triangle. This means the Manager has to add it to a Maintenance Route plan so it can be changed/collected
The driver always have the option to take a picture of the container with or without reporting any type of maintenance
Collection driver Can Not collect and place out containers on a standard collection route. A seperate maintenance route should be sent to the driver with all containers that should be collected/replaced. The driver can work on the 2 routes at the same time. Its important that the driver when possible add detailed notes when maintenance is needed to make it easy for Manager to take a stand and manage the Maintenance queue
