Add Collection Data Manually to a route

You might need to add collection data manually to a live or finished/archived route

This is something you might want to do in the following situations:

1. When driver hand in a printed form with collection results
2. If driver has skipped a wrong waypoint or keyed KG into wrong Container
3. If driver has collected waypoints not on his route
4. If you need to edit old collecting data from a closed route

In the video below, I will go through the 4 examples

If the driver has started the route, the GO icon will be grayed out for the Super User or Area Manager. Then the driver has to close the route and it will be available under Closed Routes instead of under Next Routes. Then you can follow the same procedure to write in the KG and close the route. The error towards the end in the video HAS BEEN FIXED
