Other Work Activity

Any user can log activities that is not recorded when you are driving a route (as this is logged automatically through route plan for drivers) This can be activities like: Packing, other driving, attending courses, to workshop with car etc. When its logged, it will be added to the timesheet, so you have an overview over weekly and monthly working hours.

The 3 user groups and what they can see / do
  • Administrator can add activities for themself and see an overview of activities added for all drivers and area managers in the organization.
  • Area Manager can add activities for himself and see an overview over activities added by all Drivers in his area.
  • Driver can add activities for himself and see an overview over his own added statistics.

For accurate use of Activity Recording, it’s important that all drivers everyday use the route plan where you have buttons like Start, Break and Finish as these times are logged into the system. If the driver makes other activities, he should daily log this on his mobile or PC under Other Work Activities. Then the person making the payroll will have all the correct data to complete payroll.
